The contents of this Privacy Policy along with the Website User Agreement (‘Agreement’) available here are applicable to our website located at trraincircle.com, our web app located at web.trraincircle.com, the TRRAIN Circle mobile application and all hyperlinks under www.trraincircle.com (collectively, “Platform”) made available by TRRAIN Circle Technologies Private Limited.
The User (as defined in the Agreement) hereby acknowledges having read and accepted the same by use or access of the Platform.
We respect the User’s privacy and recognize the need to protect the personally identifiable information (any information by which the User can be identified, such as name, email address, citizenship, and phone number) the User shared with us. We would like to assure the User that we follow appropriate and necessary standards when it comes to protecting the User’s privacy on the Platform.
By using or accessing the Platform, the User agrees to the collection and use of personal data by us in the manner provided in this Privacy Policy. Further, we may link to the websites of other third parties. These third-party websites may collect personal information about users on those websites, and our Privacy Policy does not extend to these external websites and third parties. Please refer directly to these third parties and web sites regarding their privacy policies.
In order to improve app experience and lend stability to our services, we may collect information or employ third party plugins that collect information about the device the User uses to access our Platform including the hardware models, operating systems and versions, file names and versions, unique device identifiers. The information collected thus will be disclosed to or collected directly by these plugins and may be used to improve the content and/or functionality of the Platform. Analytics companies may use mobile device Ids to track User’s usage of the Platform.
We track the Internet Protocol address from which people visit us/ our Platform and analyze this data for trends and statistics independently or as per our agreement with our third party service providers, but the individual user remains anonymous. We use the information we automatically receive from the User’s web browser and/or mobile application to see which pages the User visits within our Platform, which website the User visited before coming to ours, and where the User goes after leaving the Platform. We develop statistics that are helpful to understand how our visitors can use this Platform. We use this information in the aggregate to measure the use of our Platform and to administer and improve our Platform. This statistical data is interpreted by us in its continuing effort to present the Platform content that visitors are seeking in a format they find most helpful.
Some of our web pages including our third party service providers store and use "cookies" so that we can better serve the User with customized information when the User return to our Website. Cookies are identifiers which a web site can send to the User browser to keep on the User’s computer to facilitate the User’s next visit to our site. The User can set the browser to notify when cookies are being sent the User, giving the User the option to decide whether or not to accept it. The information we collect and analyze is used to improve our service to the User. The User agrees that we or our third party service providers collect the User’s IP address or other unique identifier. - Any other detail requested from time to time

We may use the User’s personal information provided to us for the following essential purposes related to our Platform:
- So as to enable the User to avail benefits of various offers listed on products/services on our Platform;
- to personalize the User’s experience on our Platform as per the User’s preferences
- to save some manual typing efforts by auto-populating some information; and
- so that we/our service providers/affiliates/partners can verify the User’s unique TRRAIN Circle account;
We may also use the User’s personal information to:
- Send the User requested product or service information;
- Administer the User’s account;
- Send the User a newsletter;
- Send the User marketing communications;
- Administer contests and sweepstakes the User entered, and notify the User if the User won;
- Respond to the User’s questions and concerns;
- Conduct research and analysis;
- Display content based upon the User’s interests and personalize the content the User receive;
- Help avail offers on the products/services that may be of interest.
- Understand the User (what they do on the Platform, what features they like, how they use them) to improve the content and features of our Platform
We may provide the User with access to the User’s registration information and the ability to edit this information in the User’s account settings page and profile pages. Please be aware that even after the User delete or update information within our Platform, we may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and may not remove information from our backup systems immediately.
If the User have previously agreed to us using the User’s personal data for direct marketing purposes, the User may change the User’s mind at any time by writing to us using the contact details below (info@trraincircle.com)
We may also disclose the User’s personal data:
- as required by law/order/judgement or statutory requirement;
- if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect the User’s safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
We may also share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information, with our service providers/affiliates/partners or connected sites. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services.
We will take appropriate steps to protect the information the User shares with us. We have implemented technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of the User’s personally identifiable information from unauthorized access and improper use or disclosure. We will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available.
If our privacy policy changes in the future, it will be posted here and a new effective date will be shown. The User should access our privacy policy regularly to ensure the User understand our current policies.
When the User visit this Platform, the User agree that we or any of our partners/ affiliate/ group companies may contact the User from time to time to provide the offers/ information of such products/ services that we believe may benefit the User.
